Mr. Romania is a distributor of consumer goods and household goods in Novgorod and Tobolsk. He works with many supermarket chains and convenience stores in Russia. With 3 warehouses of 30,000 square meters, Romania supplies more than 80 supermarkets and convenience stores here. The demand for household goods in Russia is huge and they are very careful in choosing goods. However, the current supplier could not meet the quality, so he decided to look for other suppliers and Vietnam was his destination.
2. Visiting Inochi’s showroom
Romania had visited Vietnam 6 years ago when he and his colleagues started their business and went to look for suppliers in Vietnam and China. He shared that 10 years ago when he came to Vietnam, the factories in Vietnam were very simple with old machines, low output and product quality that did not meet his needs. While China has many factories with modern machines, large capacity and designs that are very suitable for the Russian market. Therefore, he decided to choose suppliers in China. However, this time Romania returned to Vietnam, he was really impressed.
On August 28, he traveled 5,274 kilometers to Vietnam to visit our showroom and factory in Bac Ninh. With a 1-day trip, Ms. Sally – a sales manager, took Romania to visit the showroom and office at 246 Truong Chinh Street, Dong Da District, Hanoi. Here, Romania visited 2 floors displaying products. The first floor includes small-sized products such as water bottles, small food containers. The second floor displays large food containers, shelves, racks, trash cans, basins, pots, baskets, etc. In particular, on the second floor, he was very impressed with our kitchen and bathroom simulation space. He imagined that he was entering a house with a Japanese style with elegant and convenient furniture and appliances, and harmonious colors.
3. Visiting Inochi’s factory in Bac Ninh province
After visiting the showroom and viewing the product lines that Inochi provides, we moved to the Inochi factory in Bac Ninh – 30 kilometers from Hanoi. At Inochi’s factory, Ms. Sally took him on a tour from the raw material area to the finished product warehouse. The raw material area includes virgin plastic pellets imported from Germany, produced at the oil refinery in Vietnam. Our raw material area is built in a separate workshop to preserve raw materials in the best way. Then, Romania visited our closed production process from mixing plastic pellets to melting plastic into molds and creating finished products with automatic production machines from Taiwan and Germany. In addition, Romania also visited our mold display area with more than 5000+ molds manufactured and designed by Inochi. After leaving the production area, we went to the place to check the quality of goods and the finished product warehouse. The finished product warehouse is located about 200 meters from the factory for the convenience of Inochi’s transportation and export.
At the factory, Romania saw with his own eyes the process of making one of our products, he held and evaluated the quality and suitability of the product for the Russian market. Romania said, “This material and specification is very suitable for our market because people like durable and aesthetically pleasing products. It really impressed me.”
After visiting the factory, we ended up having dinner with Vietnamese specialties. Although not familiar with the Vietnamese way of eating, Romania was very active and enjoyed all the dishes. After this trip, we are more confident about Inochi’s products in the Russian market and proud of Vietnam as it is growing rapidly and is highly appreciated by customers.
Above is an article sharing the experience of Inochi customers when coming to Vietnam and visiting our factory. Inochi’s sales team is always ready and happy to welcome international customers to visit and experience the factory.
