1. Sample Policy

Inochi defines samples as products you need in small quantities to test the product quality beforehand. We are willing to provide you with 1-2 items of each product line to check their quality grades, shapes, colors, sizes, etc. We are confident of our products, so samples are highly recommended. By giving free samples, we wish to help you with your first stage of product test.

To ensure that the sampling policy is beneficial for both sides, we will give samples to potential customers who are really into our products. We are way more than ready to build a genuine win-win business relationship!

2. Sample cost

Inochi is always willing to send samples to help you check the quality before placing a wholesale order. We offer free samples to customers who really want and love our products. You will pay the sample fee first and then we will deduct it from your next wholesale order. Sample prices are calculated as the wholesale prices.

So for the first purchase, you will have to pay for the samples and shipping fee. For your next wholesale order, you will get a discount equal to the amount you paid for the samples. Thereby, basically the samples are free. You only need to pay for shipping cost!

3. Shipping time

Samples are small in size and volume, so we will send the goods via international air units like UPS, FedEx or DHL, etc. With these methods, you can receive the goods after 5-10 days from the delivering day.
